Christine Vacin, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in a psychodynamic and strength-based approach. I work with clients to navigate challenges such as self-esteem, anxiety, codependency, addiction, trauma, grief, and life transitions, including adjustments to motherhood and relationship dynamics.

My goal is to help clients identify successful tools to overcome obstacles and gain a sense of empowerment. I am fully trained in EMDR therapy to address symptoms of PTSD and unresolved trauma. Additionally, I incorporate mind-body wellness into my practice when appropriate to help individuals unlock their full potential.

I hold an MSW from Loyola University Chicago with a specialization in children and families. I look forward to the possibility of working together.

Misson:

My approach is to meet clients where they are and develop a customized program that supports their goals with a gentle, non-judgmental, clinical perspective. By gaining awareness, clients can begin to make different choices and utilize a variety of tools to help heal and ultimately improve their outcomes.

Insurance and Fees:

I offer in-person and virtual sessions in Nevada, Illinois, and Utah. Please reach out for a free 15-min consultation session.

Insurance Plans Accepted:

BCBS PPO, Aetna and United Healthcare Plans.

Out of Network Fees:

$175 a session and a sliding fee is also available. Monthly invoices provided on request to be submitted for out-of-network client reimbursement for all other insurance companies.
